Terms of the Payment Plan

1. Payment Schedule: Monthly payments will be agreed upon and are due on the same date each month.
2. Failure to Pay: If you miss a payment, Storm Fitness Academy reserves the right to take further action, including the possibility of pursuing the outstanding balance through small claims court.
3. Course Access: Access to course materials may be restricted if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Cancellation and Refunds

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from the payment plan after your deposit has been paid.

• To cancel your plan, contact Storm Fitness Academy directly.
• If cancelled during the cooling-off period, your deposit will be refunded, and no further payments will be required.

Please note that cancellations outside the 14-day cooling-off period do not affect our standard refund and returns policy.

Repaying Early

You have the right to repay your balance in full or part at any time without penalty. Please contact us to arrange this.
