Circuit Training Instructor Workshop

Course Overview

This intensive course will provide you with all the necessary up-to-date skills needed to deliver your own circuit training classes.

This one day workshop will cover the following  areas:

  • Circuit training theory
  • Circuit training design
  • Instructing group warm ups
  • Instructing main workouts
  • Instructing group cool downs

Workshop time

  • 10 am to 4 pm.

  • Notebook
  • Pen
  • Towel
  • Water bottle
  • Lots of energy!

Do I get a certificate? 

You will receive an e-certificate after completion of the workshop, this e-certificate can be forwarded to employers, as evidence of CPD or you can print the certificate for your certificate portfolio.
